The most convenient parking for visiting the archaeological complex of Pompeii is located at Via Roma, 46, 80045 Pompei NA. If you’re traveling by car, this is the best choice.
The cost of parking is €1.50 per hour.
Right across the street, you’ll find a tasty and affordable restaurant, Le Delizie, which we visited during our trip through the Campania region.
The entrance to the Pompeii complex is just 200 meters (656 feet) away. Within a few minutes’ walk, there’s a beautiful church dedicated to the Virgin Mary of the Rosary (Santuario della Beata Vergine Maria del Santo Rosario di Pompei). We spent just over 5 hours for lunch, visiting Pompeii, and the church, and paid €8 for parking.

An alternative parking option is located at Via Villa dei Misteri, 3, 80045 Pompei NA, near the Pompei Scavi – Villa Dei Misteri train station and tourist bus stop. I would recommend considering this option only as a last resort, as the nearby restaurants are pricier and cater solely to tourists.
