La Villa del Re – Adults Only is characterized by an individual approach and first-class service and is an ideal choice for connoisseurs of a good holiday.
The 5-star hotel is designed following local architectural traditions and is located 3 km away from the famous Costa Rei, Castiadas, Cagliari province. A small cozy area is surrounded by centuries-old pines, lush palm trees, flowers, and picturesque bays. Hotel interiors create an intimate atmosphere with a touch of elegance.

It offers a varied breakfast buffet. On the terrace of the Le Palme restaurant, you can enjoy gourmet Mediterranean dishes with a local touch and admire impressive sea sunsets and panoramic views of the garden with an infinity pool.

Cala Di Volpe – Editor’s Choice
The glamorous 5-star Cala Di Volpe hotel is one of the Marriott International hotels located on the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda), a favorite destination for the world’s elite and one of the most prestigious destinations for yachting.
It was built 8 km away from Porto Cervo, according to the original design of the famous architect Jacques Couelle. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a picturesque bay, the hotel has a well-deserved 5 stars and is made in a Mediterranean style.
The architecture resembles a traditional fishing town, where stone houses of different heights and shapes, towers, porticos, arches, terraces, bridges, vaulted ceilings, carved furniture, ceramics, and other unique design elements coexist. As if carved into the rock, cool rooms are filled with cleanliness and home comfort.
Mornings here start with a sumptuous buffet followed by a glass of Bellini at the bar overlooking the marina. Near the saltwater pool is a barbecue restaurant serving local fish and meat dishes paired with the best wines, while the chef of Matsuhisa Japanese restaurant surprises with exotic delicacies. Finally, in Porto Cervo, I advise you to visit the Confusion restaurant and taste the author’s dishes from the chef with 3 Michelin stars.
Romazzino – Celebrity Treatment
The magnificent Romazzino hotel is located on the shores of the Romazzino bay, 11 km from Porto Cervo.
The architecture combines Arabic and Mediterranean style, smooth lines, and dazzling white walls. Guests are offered various room options for comfortable living in the main building and exclusive villas.
Romazzino is the fourth of Marriott International’s luxury hotels and the most family-friendly. You will be pleased by the multilingual staff, soft sandy beach, mini club, animation program, children’s pool, playground, and special menus. Besides, there are two restaurants, a beach and piano bar, boutiques, a gym, sports grounds, a spa center with a hammam, a sauna, a relaxation area, and a water sports center.
Hotel Abi d’Oru
Hotel Abi d’Oru is ideally located in the center of the Gulf of Marinella, 4 km from Porto Rotondo and 16 km from Olbia Airport.
The 5-star hotel is built in Sardinian style, with typical terraces, tiled roofs, and shady porticos. The rooms and suites are decorated in warm colors and comfortable furniture, a balcony or terrace/patio overlooking the sea or the garden.
