Tap Milano

Tap Milano is about a 20-minute walk from Milan’s Central Station (Milano Centrale). The bar is cozy, seating up to 30 guests. I personally enjoy sitting upstairs, though you can also grab a seat at the bar, mingle with locals, and even practice your Italian.

Scott Duff Pub

Scott Duff Pub is a 15-minute walk from Sforza Castle. One of the pub’s advantages is its long hours, staying open from 12:30 PM until 2 AM. For a snack, try a dozen Arrosticini at just €0.90 each—this traditional dish from the Abruzzo region is popular throughout Italy.

Sloan Square

  • Address: Piazzale Cadorna n.2
  • Hours: 11:00 AM to midnight, until 1:00 AM on Saturdays
  • Website: www.sloanesquare.it

Sloan Square is located near Milano Cadorna Station, right in the city center. They offer 24 types of craft beer on tap. The bar also has a good restaurant with quite reasonable prices by Milan standards. I recommend stopping by for lunch—lasagna, ravioli, risotto, or a burger will set you back between €9 and €14.

Quality Craft Beer BQ

Quality Craft Beer BQ is located in Navigli, Milan’s most atmospheric district, known for its many restaurants. This small venue offers ten types of craft beer. You can also grab a takeaway and hang out with the locals along the canal. In the evening, the area fills up with large, lively crowds.

As I visit new bars, I’ll keep updating this article—as long as my liver allows. Feel free to share your reviews and tips about craft beer bars in Milan in the comments.
